Innovation-TRIZ

One of our oldest clients, Innovation-Triz, has grown from a small site to one requiring a bit of our time each month to help maintain ever-changing events, a newsletter and more.

Jack is able to make a number of changes himself as well - uploading new content for his clients and tweaks here and there through the web site interface.

Email has become more vital to many businesses than their web site. We feel that providing robust, universally accessible email is useless without very strong spam and virus protection. It took years, but we finally found a solution that meets these criteria, is constantly monitored and updated, has the flexibility that our clients need and is still priced competitively.

We have spent nearly as long trying to find a method to send email to opt-in mailing lists for our clients. We have been doing it for years, but we now have a wonderful package that is as aggressive about spam as we are, and provides a variety of useful features.

Q: I see 5, 10, or even more mailboxes offered 'free' with web hosting packages from other companies. Why should I pay extra for yours?

A: Our email is basically $3 per mailbox per month. Consider the level of hardware and network redundancy (see above). That helps to ensure your email gets delivered when you need it. Then consider the efforts to reduce your spam and virus exposure (see above).

To do these things right takes a skilled team of professionals. To get, and keep, good people requires an investment. The alternative can mean lost time digging through spam, repairing computers from virus attacks, and waiting for the email server.
